We got a refund and moved to a much better hotel for a little more money. Staff did try to offer another room, but it wasn’t available for our entire stay, and by then room 110 had already ruined the experience. It was the same awful room described in an earlier Google review, still full of stains and rust. The sofa and kitchen were too dirty and poorly maintained for us to use. We cancelled as soon as we saw the room. I know it’s one of the cheaper hotels, but that doesn’t excuse renting out a room in that condition.

Maharoof impressed me most, helping sort out every problem I had. The other staff were friendly too, though their English was limited. The room was large, clean, and came with a clean private bathroom. They really deliver for the price, and I recommend the hotel.

It was nice overall, but they’ve removed some of the complimentary items that used to be included. Bringing those back would earn the hotel more ratings.

The staff were very kind and the hotel had all the amenities. We stayed for two nights and found the location relaxing, away from the main city.

The room was spacious and clean, and parking was easy. The host was really nice, and the central location makes it easy to visit the main attractions, including the soug and corniche. Perfect value for money.
