This place was completely overpriced for hostal standards. The towels were stained and disgusting, there were cockroaches on the floor beside the bed, and the sink faucet kept running unless you found exactly the right way to turn it off. The worst issue was road work right by our room, with a huge compressor pumping water. Whenever it rained, it came on. On our first night it ran from midnight to 1:40 AM, unbearably loud, and earplugs didn't help. The owner gave no advance notice. Locals told me this wasn't unexpected or a one-day problem, so guests should have been warned. Since our dates were near NYE, finding another room at a reasonable price was impossible. The compressor seemed to start at random, with no clear schedule. I had to ask a friend for a couch and couldn't use the room I'd reserved, since sleeping or even relaxing there during the day was impossible. I did stay at your property, from 27.12.2025 to 02.01.2026, in Room 11, first floor, corner room, almost in front of Bambuda. Accusing guests of fraud and insulting them is highly unprofessional and unnecessary. Future guests can judge for themselves from both my review and your response.

After arriving from the other islands, we spent a few days in Bocas town. Sun Heavens apartments were clean and comfortable, and it was a nice place to stay for a few days. Construction outside was noisy at times, but overall we had a good stay.

We stayed for a week and would've stayed longer. The apartments are great and very affordable, with air conditioning, TVs showing English movies, and a kitchenette stocked with a fridge, coffee maker, blender and cooking utensils. There's a deck with sea views, a beautiful cat living there, and a friendly manager.

The employee who contacted us before we arrived was rude and made false claims about our reservation. We were robbed inside the accommodation, and the people responsible made no effort to help. That same night, the thief came back and got onto our balcony. The place felt totally insecure. The kitchen utensils seem like toys: dull knives, a tiny cutting board, and poor-quality cutlery. During our four-night stay, the power went out several times, leaving us without internet or television. The surrounding streets are all dirt roads and prone to flooding, making it terrible to walk around. And in response to your comment: Crime and theft happen anywhere in the world, but rude, unprepared hosts like you shouldn't. There are hundreds of better options for tourists than your unprepared, decaying guesthouse.
