The location was perfect, and the hostel was spotless. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I loved my stay and would absolutely recommend it.

We liked staying at Surfari Bocas so much that we returned. The place has a relaxed feel, and our room was comfortable, with a great shower and air conditioning. Staff were friendly, and it's near everything. The towels could use replacing, though.

The flowers everywhere made the building feel colorful and welcoming, and I really felt at home. I also loved the design. Shared spaces, including the kitchen, were always clean, and there was free coffee all day. The Wi-Fi worked consistently and didn't cost extra. Thomas was an amazing host, making my stay so pleasant. The professionalism and customer service were impressive, and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. I absolutely recommend Surfari Bocas.

It was cheap and central, but I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere else. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows felt like plastic, which I'd never encountered before. The bathroom needed a serious deep clean, and the shared kitchen's pots and pans were in poor shape. Quiet hours were meant to run from 9 to 9, but other guests were noisy in the common room and woke me at 6:30.
