We chose this hotel because it was close to medical facilities, and the customer service, room, and food service were superb from start to finish. The staff were friendly, smiling, and took care of every request. The hotel is directly attached to a casino, but it was quiet and security was present around the facility. We needed to add a night at the last minute when nearly every room was booked, and the front desk staff kept us in the same room so we didn't have to move. Some of the best service we've had at places in Panama. Thanks to the staff.

The room we ended up in was nice and updated, and the staff were very friendly. I'd booked a king, but they contacted me the day before to explain there was a problem and they'd move us to a queen instead. They communicated well, and things happen. No complaints. Bravo!

An average hotel, a long way from good. The shower was hard to regulate, the ventilation was noisy and couldn't be turned off, and the breakfast was extremely poor. There were no vegetables, ham, or cheese, and not enough hot water for tea.

Go ahead if you want a place that cheats you in the promotions, enters your room without permission, then accuses you of putting your hands in the trash while you're out and charges you $150 without consent. The hotel is boring, overpriced, and mainstream.
