We agreed on an afternoon time range on a weekday, but he never confirmed an exact time. I figured his other work was keeping him too busy, and he didn't contact me to reschedule. By then we'd found a place to move more than an hour away, so I asked for a refund and offered to pay for my one visit at the single-session rate. I explained that I wouldn't be returning to David just for massages, after he suggested I come over time to use up the package. He then stopped responding to my messages. I even asked if I could come in for another massage before we moved, since a refund wasn't coming and I wanted at least another session for what I'd paid. If you do go, don't buy a package. You might have trouble getting in touch with Lorenzo to book later visits and end up paying more for less. In my view, anyone could offer similar work after watching a few YouTube tutorials.
