We booked two nights but left after the first, as soon as we were allowed back out onto the street. The woman locked all the doors at night, and we weren’t allowed to step outside. When we said we wanted to smoke outside, she got very angry, screamed at us, called us names, and became aggressive, though luckily she didn’t get physical.
The rooms looked fine, though nothing special, but they smelled old. The whole setup felt like being in jail because guests aren’t given a key to the entrance and have to rely on someone else to let them in or out. The workers were grumpy, and the landlord was disrespectful. He wouldn’t even look at you or say hello when you spoke to him, and didn’t seem to enjoy his job. If you need to enter or leave at night, whether to go out, get back late, or catch a bus, you’re stuck because nobody is there to open the door. They tell you to leave before they stop working, and if you ask about it, they shout at you. The booking says you can come and go as you like, but they say that’s impossible. Very customer-friendly “hotel.”
For an overnight stay, this was a good option. I felt safe, the bed was comfortable, and guests can use the kitchen. There are no outside-facing windows, but the room had air conditioning. The shower was cold, unfortunately. Still, the price was great.
The hosts were super nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and had AC. It’s centrally located not far from the bus station, and the price was the best in town. Great place for the money.
It’s close to the city, with the bus station about ten minutes away. A good place to stay overnight, and that’s about it.
