Crowne Plaza Panama by IHG

The restaurant stood out, with a broad menu and wholesome, delicious food full of flavor. It was also great value. Staff were very professional and friendly. Everything in the hotel was clean, and the amenities were available and working. When I had a problem on the first night, a staff member came to my door within 15 minutes to fix it. I'm here for 12 nights, and the first 3 have been worth every dollar.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of options and great taste. On some days they played traditional music at the entrance, which added a bit of local charm. Staff were helpful and attentive throughout the stay, and the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room felt old and wasn't in the condition I expected. The washroom especially looks dated and could use renovation. The pool is very small and not particularly impressive.

Erasmo made our visit especially good. He was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the cocktails he made were amazing. From beginning to end, the service felt welcoming and smooth, and the whole experience was top quality at the Crowne Plaza Ciudad de Panamá. Highly recommend, and many thanks to Erasmo.

The central location was handy, and the buffet and hamburgers were delicious. The hotel was very clean, the pool area was clean too, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. We also ordered food through doordash from different places, and it was delicious. It wasn't a bad experience, and I might choose the same hotel next time. At night, you can clearly hear cars and motorcycles racing while people are trying to sleep. Getting around can also take 10 or 20 minutes longer because of heavy car and pedestrian traffic, even though the hotel is in the middle of the city. There's a university across from it. On the 7th floor and in rooms on other floors, there can be a smell of humidity. Maybe they use something wood-smelling to clean the rooms, and it can trigger allergies.
