Don Feli House

Feliciano, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. He knew how to get us in line quickly for pre tickets and suggested how to use our limited time in Aguas Calientes well. The hostal is right by the place where you line up for pre ticket and ticket sales, though it stayed quiet during sleeping hours and wasn’t crowded or noisy. Our room was tight but worked perfectly for three people going to Machu Picchu. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and sheets, and the bathroom in our three twin bed room was spacious, with great water pressure and hot water. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are very basic, and some don’t have windows. I wished there was somewhere to put my backpack. The hotel was clean, and being opposite the 4 - star hotel seemed to keep things fairly quiet at night.

The owner was so warm and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The place was clean, and we felt right at home. A delightful stay, highly recommend!

The care these people show their guests is hard to put into words. They helped us so much during the ongoing crisis in December 2022, and their service was excellent. Thank you for looking after us so well. I’d recommend them 100%.
