After a day's hike, this room had everything we wanted. There was fresh water and little sweet alfajores for tea, plus a hot tub or a lovely hot shower with strong water pressure and all the toiletries. The beds were soft, with several pillows and pristine white linen. Such a beautiful stay, in a place with wonderfully appointed rooms. Highly recommend!

Our room came with a fireplace and spa, and a balcony looking out over the river. The hotel's location in Aguas Calientes is outstanding. We felt at home right away in this character-filled place, and only wished we'd booked more than one night. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The powerful river made for an amazing view. The hot tub was great, and breakfast was good too. It's very close to the train station and to everything you need.

The front desk and other staff were great, breakfast was okay, and the location is excellent. The coffee could be better, though. This is a very noisy building: doors slam on different floors, and you hear people moving chairs and shutting closets overhead. Outside voices and the train eventually stopping were manageable, given the location by the tracks, but the building noise was a lot. The Jacuzzi in our triple room didn't work properly. We stayed two nights.
