We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. The location made it easy to walk to the main plaza and the historic sights, and the rooms were both clean and stylish. Breakfast was good, served in a beautiful area. The staff were incredibly friendly and shared local tips. Sonia made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend this place!!

This place is expensive for how deplorable it is. It's dirty and poorly maintained, and breakfast wasn't served at the scheduled time. I had to leave without eating because I had an appointment at the Chilean consulate. Then the manager mocked me. They use an exchange rate of 3.76 soles to the dollar. When I insisted on the official rate, they offered to lie to Booking.com to avoid paying the commission. Terrible. Please don't come here.

The person who checked us in on the evening of September 4, 2025 showed no interest in us or our reservation. They snickered, said, "That's just how Booking.com is," and left it at that. Terrible service.

The rooms are plain but comfortable and clean, and there weren't any bothersome noises. It's a welcoming hotel in a good location, and very good for the price.

The service was friendly, breakfast was good, and it has all the amenities. It's a good option in a central spot. Just watch out when leaving the bathroom, it's very small even though everything else is the same size.
