The room was nice, but some window panels were missing in the bathroom. Wi-Fi worked now and then, though it was very slow and inconsistent. Breakfast was poor: the coffee was horrible and the bread seemed stale. It was served outside at just a few tables, not enough for the guests, so we waited 20 minutes to eat. The hotel isn't in a great location, and there are cheaper options in town.

Awful stay. I booked a room with breakfast, but they wouldn't provide it. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and sewage water right outside the window, along with the main road, kept me awake all night.

We spent over a week here across two visits to Arequipa, and found it a very friendly place. The large garden has shade and seating, and there is secure parking. Breakfast is included, and laundry is available on site at a reasonable price. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with hot water in both the shower and sink. There are good places to eat and drink nearby, including Chelawasi, India Indian Cuisine, and Huayruro coffee shop. The beautiful main plaza is only a 7-10 minute walk away, especially lovely at night. Highly recommended for the price.
