The owner was extremely nice and helped us book train tickets to Machu Picchu, along with sharing useful information about Cusco and other things. We stayed for a few days. It's a short walk into town, or a cab costs no more than 4-5 Sol.

The rooms are comfortable and good value, though a bit dated. This place is close to the bus terminal, airport, and city center. I arrived very early, at 6 am, since I needed to go to the airport that afternoon. The woman who helped us was very helpful. I'd recommend calling a day ahead so they can be ready to help you early.
