The courtyard won me over as soon as I saw it. I’d never been in a building like this before, coming from North Carolina, and the place was so beautiful. I stayed here on my first visit to Peru for a wedding earlier this year, and loved it. It comfortably fit my boyfriend’s whole family, around 30+ adults and children, so we could all be together before the wedding. The shower was cold, but that was expected. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Arequipa!

Maria de Pilar approved my reservation, then realized there was a conference and tried to raise the price to FOUR TIMES what we’d agreed. I refused, and she canceled the reservation. I strongly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

The water isn’t hot, which is the downside. Otherwise, it’s very nice, with a decent kitchen and a terrace with lounge chairs.
