The restaurant was the highlight for me, especially the grilled meat dishes, and it may be one of the best places to eat in the whole city. El Peregrino hotel is also well located for walking into downtown Abancay. The rooms are roomy and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. For the price, I don't think you'll find anything comparable. A real gem.

I had a great stay at hotel El Pelegrino. The rooms were in very good condition, and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great, and there's a laundry room too. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We were really impressed by this fantastic hotel. Our room felt like a full apartment, with a sofa, a comfortable bed, lots of space, and its own kitchenette. Staff were helpful and friendly, the shower was hot, WiFi worked well, and our motorcycles had secure parking. A tasty breakfast was included in the price. Highly recommend staying here.

I got great local advice from the very friendly staff, who also helped me plan my trip. My room was clean and roomy, with a lovely view of the mountains. The restaurant on site served tasty food at an affordable price.

We stayed four days in the two-bedroom flat on the fifth floor, which made a great base and gave us useful extra space to hang out together. The staff were very helpful, and the location is close to central Abancay. It's not a full-scale Western hotel, but the value was so good that it suited us perfectly.
