We were six family members staying at Thizma Hoteles for two nights, and the staff made us feel very welcome. They stored our baby's food in their fridge, arranged a taxi back to the airport, and looked after our bags after checkout. We also had a van and could park it safely in the garage without any trouble. The rooms had plenty of space and were comfortable for a group. The location worked well for exploring Ayacucho, just a short walk from the main plaza and near lots of nice restaurants.

Ms. Yulissa at reception treated us with real warmth and courtesy. The whole THIZMA HOTEL team were very helpful and ready to assist guests. Many thanks to all of them.

I come back once a month, and this has become my favorite place. It's welcoming, the staff are attentive and glad to help, and the rooftop views are spectacular. 100% recommended.
