The morning receptionist was just okay. I've had better attention at other places. The rooms are clean, there's a hot shower, and the Wi-Fi is great. Breakfast is amazing compared with other hotels, and there's a big screen TV.

It's a very clean place, but the rooms are noisy and have a small twin bed. There's practically no sound insulation. Breakfast is very basic and served somewhere else.

It's a quiet, clean hotel, just 50 feet from the Plaza de Armas.

The rooms are cosy and very clean, the yard is nice, and the staff are great.

It's a small hotel, half a block from Chachapoyas's main square. The rooms are medium-sized with modern finishes, and breakfast is included. It was quiet, with no noise, but the night staff weren't very attentive. The rate is a little higher than other hotels with similar amenities.
