The hotel looks attractive and the rooms are comfortable, but avoid getting a downstairs room. It’s 12:30 a.m. and the TV noise from upstairs is unbelievable. I went to reception to complain, but nobody was there, and there wasn’t any way to contact them.

It’s a beautiful building in a central location, but the electricity and internet are unreliable. The staff do their best with what they have. Breakfast was included, though it was underwhelming.

Be careful, they overcharged us by $58. They also charged four times what anyone else in Peru charged for laundry.
