The apartments are designed very well. This is a condominium complex made up of six modern buildings with shared recreation spaces. There are adult and children's pools, plus a movie theater, events hall, internet café, and a playroom for children under 5. The courtyard has green spaces, slides, and swings. There's also a gym and an adult game room with foosball, table tennis, a pool table, and casino tables.
There's plenty of space and it's well maintained. The entrance gets really windy, though, and it's too cold.
A great place to live, with a pool, meeting rooms, games for the little ones, and permanent security, among other things.
The recreation center is a letdown, and the internal layout feels much like the building itself: nothing special. It's just a huge building packed with apartments, yet the prices are high.
This modern building improves the look of the city. It's in central Chiclayo, close to Elías Aguirre stadium.
