When I got sick, the staff arranged for a doctor and transport to the hospital, and carefully listed my belongings, even taking a video. They picked everything up from my room to send along to the hospital. It’s a nice place, and there aren’t many options like it in Chivay.

The restaurant on site was good, though pretty expensive. I found the cabin-style room very comfortable, and the staff were helpful. This is the only place in Peru so far that has charged me for water and tea, despite my staying everywhere from five-star hotels to basic hostels in the middle of nowhere.

Lis and Paula did a lot to make sure our family was comfortable. We were four people staying here in November, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel also has an ATM, a clothing store, an evening traditional dance performance, and a wonderful restaurant. There was plenty of hot water and warm blankets for the cool weather, and the accommodations were wonderful. We’d love to return.

Massages were available on site for an extra charge. The friendly staff were helpful, and the cozy cabin-style rooms had heaters for the cold nights. It’s a nice hotel right in Chivay, with what you need and nothing you don’t.
