My brother-in-law had a bad experience there. He left his backpack at the front desk while he went on a separate tour, and his laptop was stolen. They wouldn’t let him see the camera footage. The front desk staff handled it terribly, both in their service and response. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially since basic services aren’t available during the day.

I loved staying there in April 2004. I hope I get back soon.

A good choice for a few days, with a friendly atmosphere and music. The rooms are spacious, there’s a 24-hour reception and a souvenir shop, and the service is good. It’s well priced and on a safe street, with a market, stores, a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. It feels like the real Cusco, attractive, authentic and easy to get around.
