Four days went by without us being able to shower properly. The city was at 0°C during our vacation, and there was no hot water in the room's shower. The manager never showed his face, which felt irresponsible, and the stay ruined our vacation. There weren't any toiletries either, and when we asked for them, we had to pay.

Completely irresponsible. We had no toilet paper or soap, and when I complained to the staff, they disappeared. Out of five nights, four were without hot water or Wi-Fi in the room. Worst experience of my life.

Cusco got down to 0 degrees Celsius, but there was never hot water in the shower. The host didn't attend to us despite our complaints, and nobody fixed the problem. Very poor service. I don't recommend them.

The food was excellent, and the host was attentive and ready to help. A lovely place for a family stay, highly recommended.
