The staff remembered us by name and were always happy to arrange taxis around Cusco. They also organized an early taxi to Wanchaq Station for our trip to Machu Picchu, and looked after our luggage for three days while we travelled. Everything went smoothly. We’d planned to stay at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel for three nights, but everyone in our group got altitude sickness soon after arriving, so we spent much more time indoors than expected. My dad needed the hotel’s complimentary oxygen tank three times over three days, and each time the staff helped him quickly and with real care. Their support made a big difference, especially for first-time visitors dealing with the high altitude. Breakfast was excellent and felt luxurious, with a buffet plus freshly made options like boiled eggs, crêpes, Eggs Benedict, and other dishes made to order. What could have been a difficult stay turned out to be much easier thanks to their care. The accommodation is beautiful and the service is wonderful. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.

The food was impeccable, and every meal we had was a pleasure. The room was spacious and well kept, and the amenities were stunning. From arrival through checkout, the service was exceptional. Everyone was warm, polite, and accommodating to our needs. Special thanks to Marco, Carlos, Edy, Luis, and the two gentlemen who checked us in, whose names I can’t remember. A 10/10 stay, and a must-book if you’re thinking of staying in Cusco.

It was our first time in Peru, and the team at Cusco Aranwa Boutique Hotel made our stay wonderful. The central location was convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was especially memorable, and Antonio took great care of us. You can’t beat the location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel in a historic building, and staying there felt like living in a museum. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. We’ll be back.

We were sorry to leave when we checked out to move into the Airbnb house we’d rented with our group. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. The location is hard to beat: just one street away from the noise and bustle, but only a very short walk from all the action.
