Askha Cusco Inn

We slept so well here. It was quiet, affordable, and centrally located, and we felt safe walking around Cusco. Cafes and restaurants are about a five-minute walk away. We spent four days and three nights at Askha Cusco Inn Hotel, and the trip was memorable. Gimena and Erlinda at the front desk were the kindest ladies we met. They did everything they could to make our stay special, provided what we needed without hesitation, and prepared an early breakfast just for us before our morning departure. On our last day, they kept our carriers after checkout and gave us a memorial gift of Cusco. Askha Cusco Inn Hotel is a magical, peaceful place, and Erlinda's care made us feel so grateful. The location is excellent and tours can easily pick you up here. I felt safe traveling solo, and the service was great. They stored my baggage and were always quick to help. Breakfast was pretty good compared with other places I stayed in Peru. The rooms were clean, and the bed was super warm and comfortable. The second floor was a good temperature for me, but the third floor was too cold. Hot water worked well except for one day when it was warm rather than hot. A heater costs an extra 15 sol, though extra charges for heaters are common around Cusco. I’d stay here again when I return to Cusco.

The room had lots of light, heavy wool blankets, and a heater, and the place felt super clean with its new construction. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. They serve eggs plus a buffet of breads, juices, coffee, cheeses, cured meats, and more, with tea when you arrive and in the evenings. Great location and well priced. The water pressure and internet could be better on the third floor, but otherwise it was perfect.

The staff are the best, so kind and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. I’ve stayed here several times and won’t choose anywhere else. Perfect location, lovely clean rooms that are big and comfortable, a great shower, and good security.
