Andean Dreams Hotel

The hotel itself is fairly spacious and nicely laid out, with pleasant bathrooms, breakfast downstairs, and several rooms where you can spend time. There's also a handy laundry across the street. It's fairly close to the Main Plaza, and the design has a cute feel that might suit younger travelers. The showers were decent, though the hot and cold settings seemed reversed. What really bothered me was losing a retainer. I accidentally left it in its case beside my toothbrush and two earplugs, and since it costs a few hundred dollars, I wish someone had kept it. I checked all through my luggage, so I think it probably ended up in the trash. The staff didn't seem to make much effort to look, and I got the impression they were rushing and didn't care much because I wasn't paying them directly. Their service left me unhappy, especially with how they handled my belongings.
