The staff were sooo nice, but the place itself is really old and wasn’t very clean. There’s no water to shower after 8pm, and the wifi was horrible too.

It’s a lovely old house hotel, and the staff are attentive and welcoming. The place felt safe and clean. They serve breakfast, and will keep your luggage while you’re out on tours. They also have their own travel agency, with really cheap and reasonable prices.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is quite comprehensive. The upstairs rooms are spacious and have hot showers, unlike the room behind reception. It’s a comfortable, welcoming hotel.

Safe and well located in downtown Cusco, and comfortable for a few nights. The TV channels can’t be watched because there are no decoders, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work.

We booked this place ahead from Slovenia because we were short on time, but it turned out to be one of the worst locations. I wouldn't recommend it, and I don't think it's worth a visit.
