I arrived early on the night bus, and they held my luggage until check-in. When I returned, they tried to charge more than the amount shown in my booking, then told me the hotel was full and there was no room. I protested because I thought that couldn't be right. They started implying that I was aggressive and told me to leave. At 3 PM, I was put out with nowhere to stay, and they acted as if I was irrational and aggressive. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I reported it to booking, but the hotel said I hadn't shown up. booking never published my review, even though I told them the opposite. It felt like Booking serves the hotel's interests rather than the guest's, and that people won't see these bad experiences because they're blocked. That simple.

The water was cold, the rooms were small, and the customer service was bad. There are much better places within 200 meters.

The room was tiny, with the bathroom practically beside the bed. We came looking for Embassy Hotel, then were told it was now called Brighit. They charged 3 soles for towels, which were old and barely dried anything. For a stay of several days, toilet paper was only supplied every other day, and it was cheap, poor quality, and tiny. They didn't give soap or paper unless we asked, though apparently you were supposed to get a paper towel each day if paying by the day. The bed was broken, and I could feel the mattress spring when lying down. The bedspreads were old. They didn't clean the room, only took out the rubbish and made the bed. I wouldn't return or recommend the hotel. Terrible!

A cozy, comfortable place in a safe area with a great location. My only complaint was that the room wasn't cleaned until the last day, even though I told the staff it needed cleaning. Apart from that, it's a good place.

The place is badly run-down, and dealing with the staff was awful. They charged us to store our bags, then left our things lying around. We had no toilet paper, and only a handful of TV channels worked in the room. I wouldn't give this place even one star.
