Karen and everyone on staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet and à la carte options were top notch, and all the care around the hotel, rooms, drinks, and meals made our trip easier to manage. Thanks for the attention to detail and for helping us deal with the altitude. The tips and tricks were a bonus, too. Karen at reception was there for me and John day and night with tea when we had headaches. Thank you all.

We had trouble sleeping because our room faced the road. We could hear cars, alarms, people, and music, which wasn’t helpful when we were trying to rest with altitude sickness. If you can, ask for a room farther inside. The hotel is in a good spot with lots of restaurants nearby, and reception is staffed 24/7. They were always happy to answer questions and help. Breakfast was really good, with a daily buffet of fresh fruit, juice, cereal, and bread, plus eggs, bacon, pancakes, and other made-to-order dishes. It seems like a good way to reduce waste. There’s also a lounge by reception with the strongest Wi-Fi, and board games and cards were available.

I got great sleep here, with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, and a fan in every room. The location is perfect, too. I stayed at Cooper for several nights before and after hiking the Inca Trail, and the staff really impressed me. Corina and Karen helped us a lot, including arranging airport pickups for my big group. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of local fruit, yogurt, cereal, and hot dishes to order, like waffles and omelets.

The hotel is very convenient for getting around, with great access to one of the city’s main squares. Rooms were clean, and the staff throughout were consistently polite and helpful. I liked the complimentary tea bar, which had a good range of flavors. Breakfast was acceptable, and the breakfast staff were especially polite. They made omelets and fried eggs to order, and there was a nice variety of fresh fruit. Room layouts and sizes vary, though, and some rooms don’t have a refrigerator. A pleasant stay overall, with a few inconsistencies in the rooms.
