But this place is very remote, with no nearby shops or food and basic supplies for sale, so bring what you’ll need. My stay also left me feeling the upkeep didn’t match the price or the exclusive image. The sheets had stains, the bathrooms looked worn, and there was a general lack of care. The pool wasn’t heated during my visit, and the internet was weak, so working online here would be difficult. Guest communication: 3/5. Room: 2.5/5. Cleanliness and maintenance: 2/5. Location: 2.5/5. Value for money: 2/5. I’d recommend it only to people whose main goal is to shut everything out and who can put up with some inconveniences. It costs a lot for what you get.

We went with our baby, and there were no clear rules or reassurances when I raised concerns about the situation. A group of 10 men arrived and drank alcohol throughout the shared areas. I called the manager to ask for better conditions and explain why I felt uncomfortable. There was no 24-hour security or cameras, and I didn’t feel safe staying there with a baby, especially as a woman. The manager showed no empathy. Catherine’s service was the worst. At the start, she hadn’t told us there was nowhere to buy food. And although we paid extra for a late checkout, the manager then instructed the condominium not to let us leave. We had put the reason for our departure on the condominium door. This was the worst place for a family, and the owner or manager treated us terribly.

They only communicate by text and won’t take calls. On the way to the hotel, we had a car accident and sent a photo to their contact number. They still wouldn’t change our reservation date or refund any of the deposit. From my experience, I’d book through Booking.com.

Bring everything you’ll need, since the hotel is completely isolated and there aren’t any shops or kiosks for miles. The young man who greets guests is really friendly, too. It’s a pleasant place with lots of amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, pool, volleyball court, a lovely little cabin overlooking the ocean, and security. I recommend it. 👍🏻👍🏻
