The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and patient, and it feels like staying with family. They offer plenty of free advice and do their best to provide extra services when asked. The place is very clean, secure, and comfortable, with excellent facilities and a location within easy walking distance of the city's most popular sites at 3,400 meters. It's a rare hidden gem in Peru and Cusco, and absolute value for the Dollar. There's a complimentary continental breakfast, plus coffee and tea. Shared hot showers are spotless. Great food is available with prior arrangements, on holidays, or spontaneously, and there are lots of dining options just around the corner in both directions. People are exceptionally curious. I wouldn't change anything, and it definitely deserves my 5 star opinion.

It's Islam nice and quiet here, away from the city noise, which is great for sleeping. The location is good, the staff are friendly, and breakfast comes with the stay. Just know the shower water isn't very hot, the WiFi is weak throughout the hostel, and it can get cold because of the location.

The staff are very friendly, and without the booking problem this would have been a very okay hostel. But when we arrived, they told us there was an issue with the bookings and we had to sleep at another hostel. The one they proposed was terrible, and we got no refund for that night, so we were very disappointed. We arrived late and completely tired, and changing hotels took a good 2 hours. Not cool.

The place is right in the heart of Cusco, and it felt peaceful. Brayan and his crew were so welcoming from the second we arrived, and they went out of their way to make our stay nice. The rooms are cozy, really comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was outstanding. I kept thinking I’d eat lightly, then left completely full every morning!
