Dragonfly Hostels Cusco

The location is handy, close to the center and anything you might need, and the price was good for what we got. Breakfast being included was a big plus. The dorm rooms were nice, though curtains would improve them. There’s one pleasant common area, but it was often crowded, and people were almost always smoking inside the enclosed space, which I really disliked. The bathrooms were the worst part: very tiny and shared by all the dorms.

The staff were really nice, especially Tonio :))) Breakfast was delicious, and they offer activities too. Everything was very clean and quiet.

Breakfast was eggs or crepes with a dry piece of toast, and after a few days that gets repetitive. Some fruit and other choices would have been nice. The private room was basic, and the shared bathroom, with two showers and two toilets, wasn’t very clean. Someone had been sick in a sink, and even after staff were told, it took several hours for it to be cleaned.

The courtyard had a relaxed feel, and there were a few good, inexpensive places to eat and drink nearby. Our room was clean and nice, and the showers were hot and had strong water pressure.
