Really friendly staff and great value for money. A first-class stay.

Very clean, though the hot water was weak.

Prices begin at 60 soles. The room we got hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guest, and rooms aren’t cleaned every day. We also weren’t given towels or toilet paper at first. All the staff were unfriendly. This is not the same place as "Hacienda San Pedro," which is two blocks away.

The room cleaning was done just once during my nearly 10-day stay, and even that wasn’t very good. I eventually left because of the poor service, especially from the receptionist. I told him several times that my room had no hot water, whether I tried in the daytime, afternoon, or evening. He seemed irritated each time and made no effort to hide his disgust, even though I was never rude to him. I only managed to get a hot shower once, on the first day, when I was in a different room. I asked to switch rooms because the shower seemed to be the problem, but he wouldn’t agree. On the other days he acted like he was checking, but nothing was fixed. The photos they post don’t match the actual place. Maybe people leaving comments are mixing it up with a different accommodation. The address is right, though. I ended up here after being scammed at another hotel and finding nowhere else, so the low price helped me save money. But be prepared for cold showers and odd smells. The price is acceptable if you need to save, but it comes with drawbacks. If you don’t expect much from where you stay, maybe you won’t have as bad a time as I did.
