Hostal Hatun Rumi

The owner was really helpful and speaks English very well. It's also close to the main plaza and a good price.

I came back three days later for the documents I'd left at the hotel, and they were exactly where I'd left them. The staff were helpful and around when needed, and the breakfast terrace is lovely.

Hatun Rumi really takes care of its guests. The staff, including the manager, were attentive and quick to help, and everything was very clean. I joined one of the hostel's tours and loved it. When I got sick in Cusco from the altitude, Mr. Richard was especially dedicated and attentive. I haven't had that kind of support at other hostels I've stayed at in Peru. They were willing to help sort out any problem and clearly care about guests' comfort and well-being. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.

The owner, Mr. Richard Alejos, helped me when I ran into a problem, and he was super friendly. He was also an excellent tour guide, interesting and very friendly. The service staff were excellent too, and I felt comfortable and well looked after. The location is central, so the reasonable price made sense. Room service and the service overall were very good, and I was happy with everything. I'll stay at HATUN RUMI HOSTEL again when I return. Highly recommend it. Thank you, best regards.
