Breakfast was disappointing: the coffee was microwaved, there was no fruit, and eggs cost extra. We had plenty of blankets, but the room was very cold, and the shower temperature couldn't be controlled. The cold room contributed to my son getting pneumonia. We left after one night, though we'd paid for three. There are better options for the price, without the big hill to climb. The room we'd booked wasn't available. The owner said there was an issue with expedia, and we were charged three times the price we'd booked at.

The owners went above and beyond with their service, and I really appreciated it. I stayed at this lovely little hotel during a great trip to Peru, including Machu Picchu and Humantay Lake. Thanks to both of you again for such a great stay and experience. Brad H.
