There’s a bar next to the hotel that plays loud music and bass until 3am. My stay was very upsetting for another reason too: I left my hard drive in the drawer on checkout day, came back to ask for it, and was told nobody had found it. I believe the cleaner didn’t hand it in. It had all my camera footage from the last 5 years, and meant a lot to me. I’d pay anything to get it back!

The one real plus is the excellent location. The staff were very unwelcoming and unfriendly, and the hotel was the worst in a month. My room had a window, but it was unbearably hot, smelled bad, and had no air despite the fan. They also have rooms without windows, and you aren’t told when booking if you’ll get an unbearably hot room with no window. It feels suffocating. Water cuts happen regularly, and the staff don’t seem to care. I was soapy in the shower when the water stopped. I found the reception phone number online and called, and they just told me to wait another 10 minutes. The room isn’t worth even half the price, and there is NO wifi.

The hotel was nicely decorated and felt safe, and the staff were always willing to help with whatever I needed. My fourth-floor room was comfortable and well lit, with a double bed, wardrobe, small table, and a large TV with international channels. The spacious bathroom had decent shower pressure. I was satisfied with the price.

The beds are a bit hard, but otherwise everything was fine 😃. It’s right in the centre, has affordable prices and air conditioning, and the friendly staff and facilities cover what you need for a night.
