The staff were kind, and I had the chance to talk with the owner, who was very welcoming. The rooms are clean and have AC, and the hotel is in a very safe part of town, close to restaurants, bars, and the waterfront. If you're visiting iquitos, this is the place to stay. I strongly recommend it.

The location worked perfectly, with plenty of restaurants nearby and even food available around midnight. Our room was very clean, with a painting by a local artist, and the shower was good. The owner and staff were lovely and helped with laundry, a late check-out, and an airport taxi at a very good price. I'd definitely book here again if I return to Iquitos.

Fabiola was wonderful when two people in our family became ill. She went out of her way to help us through a pretty stressful stay. The hotel is great value, and I'd recommend it.

We ended up staying three nights here, one before our Amazon trip and two more afterward. The owner and staff were so kind, and helped arrange airport rides for 30 soles, laundry pickup and drop-off, and help with our bags. They were happy to answer all our questions, too. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a hot shower. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Breakfast came with eggs, fresh fruit, bread rolls, toast, and jam. The fruit smoothies were delicious. It was easy to walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and minimarts, but our room stayed quiet. I’d absolutely recommend this lovely family-run place to anyone visiting Iquitos.

We stayed here on both sides of our Amazon excursion. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was just right, and the staff were kind and ready to help. Had a great stay.
