The grounds are lovely and clearly well looked after, and breakfast is top shelf. My room was very clean, though it had no closet, perhaps because I chose a smaller one. There are stars everywhere, so keep that in mind. The hotel is within walking distance of everything, and everyone I met on staff was polite and helpful, even when I arrived at 2:00 am. I’ll definitely come back.

We really liked how quiet and private it felt, even though the main square is only a short walk away. Our tour guides chose Hotel Rumi Punku, and it turned out to suit us perfectly. The rooms had plenty of space, were clean and comfortable, and had a bit of local character. Breakfast was delicious, with coffee and tea as a nice extra. We’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Having breakfast available at 5am was such a help for early starts. We also tried the reasonably priced spa, and the thorough massages left us feeling refreshed after tiring days on tour. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are so kind and ready to help before you even ask. I absolutely loved staying here and will definitely visit again.

We booked Rumi Punku after spending 4 days on the Inca trail, and it was a great choice for our honeymoon. They even left flowers in our room. The staff were kind and eager to help, and the hotel is lovely. Rocio gave me an amazing massage when my legs really needed one. The spa is small, but having it entirely for private use was a really nice touch.

There are several outdoor seating spots around the hotel, and the layout is nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was a good buffet, with fresh eggs cooked to order by the friendly kitchen staff. It’s also just a short stroll to the centre.
