Breakfast cost extra and was bad, and at checkout they tried to charge me more. The shower never got hot. Terrible.

The location is central, and the shower had good hot water. The room itself was okay, but there was no ventilation, so the shower left everything damp. Breakfast wasn't very good.

It's very close to the Plaza de Armas, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are comfortable, the place feels welcoming, and the staff are friendly. They also offer coca tea for altitude sickness and can put together a packed lunch if you have an early tour.
