I stayed four nights and would happily come back. The beds and shower were good, the front desk staff were great, and breakfast was basic but enough. There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, and the price was fair. The one real drawback was the internet: it was very unreliable in some rooms, so we had to go to the business area to get reception.

The comfortable beds were a plus, and the showers were fantastic whenever the hot water worked. But the rooms are on the small side, and most face the street, which can be noisy. You can hear the karaoke club next door until early morning, and loud neighbors come through clearly too. The pillows were thin.

The patio was sunny, cute, and charming, and the room was probably one of the nicest we had. The bed was comfortable, the shower very hot, and the place was calm and well located. Staff were welcoming, professional, smiling, and flexible about check-in, letting us have the room at 7h. Wi-Fi was sometimes weak, but okay. One of the most charming hotels we stayed at in Cusco, and a good address.

Some money, IDs, and clothes were stolen by the staff during our stay, and afterward they asked us for money to return the stolen IDs. It was a disaster and spoiled part of our time in Cusco. I don't recommend this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
