The rooms are very comfortable and have their own bathrooms, but watch out, they turn off the hot water at night. It’s a nice hostel, though the staff only speak Spanish. Sometimes it feels like they don’t have a plan.

I stayed here on three separate nights while visiting Cusco and the surrounding area. For a reasonable price, it was a great option for a private room with a bathroom. The staff and management were super nice and flexible. I hope to come back.
The rooftop has a great view, and the staff were friendly, so that’s why I’m giving two stars. The rooms weren’t clean, and the bathrooms smelled bad and had mold. Breakfast was just a little bread with butter and jam, with no plate. If you’re lucky, you might get an egg.
It was an okay, inexpensive, clean place, and the staff were quite helpful. Free luggage storage was useful too. We had no Wi-Fi one day, then returned from our four-day jungle trip to find there was no hot water, which was disappointing. Fine overall, but there’s room to improve.
We booked two rooms through Booking, but the accommodation had a different name and the address was inaccurate. When we arrived, the rooms weren’t available, and the manager couldn’t find a solution. Luckily, we found a place right next door where we were treated better. The owner then cancelled the booking on Booking, claiming we hadn’t shown up. Very unprofessional.
