The event hall on the top floor was awful, from the service and decor to the woman in charge. She failed to deliver on any of the promises, the food was incredibly poor, and there weren't even waiters. I seriously don't recommend their event hall. You've been warned.

The only good thing I can say is that the receptionist was kind. The owner was incredibly rude and despotic with guests. We asked for hot water, but it wasn't refilled all day. We'd left the soap and shampoo untouched so we could shower at night, but the owner removed them while cleaning the room and didn't leave any toiletries. When we called to ask for the products, she hung up on us repeatedly. I won't come back and don't recommend this place.

The owner was rude, sent us to another hotel, shut the door on us, wouldn't answer, and told us to go to a cheaper place next door. That's the level of service here. I can confirm it's a terrible hotel. It gets one star from me, though it doesn't deserve even that. The reviews should be negative.
