We were exhausted, and my girlfriend was ill, but the staff didn't seem to care. The service at this 2-star hotel was horrible: they were arrogant and showed no empathy. We had booked an individual room for two people on Booking, with breakfast for the whole room, and had confirmation of that. When we arrived late, they said breakfast covered only one person. Even after we showed them the confirmation and spoke to the owner, they wouldn't honor their mistake in the Booking listing and wanted us to pay extra. We had a contract, but they still refused. After we repeated our position, they kicked us out entirely, even though we said we'd accept just one breakfast. We sent Booking a message and hope they sort it out.

The night staff helped me order food when I was sick, which I appreciated, thank you. Breakfast was nicely presented in the room, though nothing special. The hotel itself is nice, but dogs in the neighborhood or inside the hotel barked all night, and the staff couldn't do anything about the noise.

The room was comfortable, and it's a nice area, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a shopping mall just around the corner. They don't take USD, and their exchange rate is high.

Breakfast comes with the room at a fair price, and the hotel feels secure, with parking inside. Dogs bark at night, so bring earplugs.
