We stayed at Fundo San Silvestre for about 3 nights with a group of friends, and liked it so much that we returned for two more. Rosemary made breakfast each morning, with fresh bread, cheese from Huaraz, and eggs prepared however you wanted. They also made sure we had warm water for tea, whether after a long hike or before heading out. Our balcony room had a beautiful view, and the rooms were very clean. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and everyone was friendly and attentive to what we needed. If you want a bond fire, just ask and they’ll make one. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in Huaraz.

Rosemary and Rohan were incredibly welcoming. We stayed in a room above their home. There’s no AC, but it was still quiet and comfortable.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were warm with a great hot shower and strong pressure. It’s a lovely spot in the forest with mountain views. Highly recommend.

We loved how quiet it was, away from the noise, with lovely views over the city and the snow-covered mountains. The owners were so kind and welcoming, and always paid attention to what we needed. Breakfast was good, and you could get hot drinks any time, day or night. The rooms were lovely too. We came as a family and would definitely stay again! 🥰

We stayed here as a family, and the prices were affordable. The family made us feel so welcome, and we’re really grateful for their wonderful hospitality ❤️🙏🏼 Tea or coffee was available whenever we wanted, and they also served breakfast. The place is surrounded by nature and feels made for relaxing 🍂. It’s only a few minutes from the town square, though the last short stretch is a dirt road, and there’s a beautiful mountain view. Our room was simple but had a TV, hot water, clean sheets, and a good blanket for the cold 🥶.
