The staff are very friendly, though they only speak Spanish. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay and fairly inexpensive compared with the other hotels nearby. I'd recommend it.

Great service, and it's clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. Close to Huaraz's main park, too.

The atmosphere feels pleasant and dependable. Prices are around the normal to high end, and breakfast isn't served.

We went at peak season and they tried to sell us a package for at least five nights. When we declined, they would only let us stay one night. We were in room 507, where the bathroom had a nauseating smell. There was no breakfast or internet, so we left as early as we could in the morning.

They had to give me a small bucket so I could flush the toilet, and something as basic as drinking water was a complete failure. The customer service was acceptable, though. The rooms were reasonably clean and orderly, as was the reception area.
