Krusty Hostel

We booked our Laguna 69 and Pastoruri Glacier tours through the hostel, which was easy, and both tours were beautiful. We arrived at 07:00 after the night bus and they let us into our room early, which was a big help. When we asked to keep the room later on checkout day because we had another night bus, they had no problem with it. Amazing service!

The owner was very helpful and arranged lots of tours, many of which you can join by signing up the night before. They also kindly let us shower after a hike even though we’d already checked out and were waiting for the night bus. It’s a great stop and good value, with mountain views, comfortable beds in basic rooms, a reasonably stocked kitchen, and a nice little terrace for socializing. Laundry was quick and well done. The showers had low pressure and sometimes ran out of hot water. Thanks!

The owner was extremely helpful and spoke English really well. My room was spacious, had its own bathroom, and was cleaned every day. I had a fantastic stay at Krusty and would definitely recommend it.

The place is functional, and they make the bed and provide breakfast every day. The staff could be more attentive. Also, some morning light comes through the curtains, so it can be hard to keep sleeping.
