They claim there's hot water and tell you to wait for it to heat up, but nothing happens. There isn't any. Don't be fooled by what they tell you.

It's super clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are excellent and always ready to help. The noise was a real issue, though. It was very noisy during the day and at night, even so, I had a positive experience.

The rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny, and there's no hot water. There's noise from the bus stop every day until 1 AM, so I couldn't sleep well. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location comes at a fair price, and the rooms are roomy, with Wi-Fi, cable TV, and hot water. There are fans too, which you really need in Ica's heat. Since it's a busy area, you may hear some noise early in the morning.

We couldn't get a decent night's sleep with the constant shouting from touts and the traffic. Nobody mentioned that the hotel is beside two bus stops, or that there was no hot water. It was unbearable.
