The reception sells snacks and alcohol. We had a very spacious double room with a king-size bed and a double bed in two separate rooms, plus a hot shower. For international travelers like us, the location was ideal for getting both comfort and a good price.
The beds were really bad, and the service was very poor.
It's very basic, and the construction work makes it noisy. Paying by card instead of cash costs an extra 5 soles on every request, and the rate they charge doesn't match the one agreed in the reservation, taxes included. Feels like a rip-off.
For $30 a night, the room is cozy. Some rooms have a table and chairs, which you don't usually get in a hostel. There's no fan, and the cable TV can be unreliable sometimes. The TVs do have Wi-Fi for YouTube and Netflix if you have an account. Recommended.
For the price, this is a very good family hotel near the airport. It's the only one around offering clean, comfortable family rooms, and the friendly staff make you feel at home. A great choice for an overnight stay nearby.
