Camino Real by Wynwood House

At first, renting the apartment was straightforward, and the landlord was very helpful. Once serious problems came up, though, the attitude changed completely, and my experience became deeply disappointing. The air conditioning, which is essential for living in Lima, malfunctioned and leaked water onto the apartment floor. The issue wasn't fixed effectively or promptly, and it affected whether the property was habitable. Before I decided to leave, I asked specifically whether there would be a penalty for moving out on April 3rd. I was told there'd be no problem or penalty because of the existing issues. Later I had to leave even earlier, on March 3rd, because I couldn't live in those conditions, and their position changed. I felt the situation was handled inconsistently and without good faith. A contract means more than collecting rent on time. It also means keeping the property suitable and honoring what was communicated to the tenant. I wouldn't recommend renting here if you want security, proper maintenance, and transparent agreements.
