The room layout wasn’t good, and the curtain didn’t give me privacy. It was winter, but they didn’t provide a blanket. My first room had no hot water, so they moved me. Later, they started fixing a pipe and shut off the water. I couldn’t wash, and had to buy water to bathe. I wouldn’t return to this hostel or recommend it.
The bathrooms smelled awful, and the staff made a lot of noise late into the night without caring whether people could rest. Terrible service.
It’s a clean, pleasant place at a reasonable price, and I’d recommend it for the value. They provide basic items in the room, including soap, one towel, and toilet paper. There’s hot water, though the TV doesn’t have cable or anything. The receptionist’s service was acceptable. They also offer extras like drinks and snacks. The location is discreet.
