Hotel Carmel

The location is a real plus, right near the centre of Miraflores and around the block from Falabella. Service was helpful and attentive, and it was relatively quiet despite being so central. Breakfast was good too. It’s a comfortable but basic four-star hotel. The hot water was sometimes unreliable, and the WiFi signal weakened in the middle of the evening.

Breakfast was included, and the service there was good, though I’d have liked more variety in the food. At reception, the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting people with smiles. I checked into a clean, spacious twin room with two large beds, enough room for two adults. I especially liked the roomy bathroom. It’s a nice hotel, even though it’s rated three stars.

You can walk to central Miraflores from here, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel is very clean and quiet, so you can get a good rest and wake up feeling good. It’s in the best part of Lima.

The location works really well if you’re staying in Miraflores, and the staff are friendly, though they do have some trouble with English. It’s a nice hotel with the basics covered. Breakfast is a good value option.
