Hotel Las Lomas

The rooms were clean and nice, and the price was reasonable, but I didn’t enjoy staying here. Some people at the desk could learn more about how to treat clients and what service means. The doormen were much more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very poor.

I was here for work and to see family, and felt safe and cared for the whole time. Everyone was polite and accommodating, and they made my family feel very special. The location, staff, and services exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend this place, especially the Spa.

The location is unbelievably convenient, and I loved every minute. The showers were great, the place was very clean, the food was very good, and the staff were wonderful and helpful. They spoke English when we couldn’t work things out in Spanish.

It was almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep here. They accept couples for “hours” at cheaper prices at any time, mostly at night, and after they leave, the cleaning staff make a lot of noise, talking loudly and dropping things like buckets and cleaning supplies without any consideration. To me this is more of a motel than a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. If you’re on vacation or just need somewhere to rest after a long day, this definitely isn’t the right place.
